The KoC has invited executive director Alexis Fetzeck from A Safe Place to come to Holy Redeemer on Thursday, January 9th at 7:00pm to talk about the struggles of domestic violence, what A Safe Place provides to the community, and how we can make a difference to end such violence so that everyone can feel safe. A recent article in the Times Observer highlighted struggles that communities like ours face because of barriers within rural communities. This organization is committed to helping people out of these situations and educating our community to understand this important issue. All are welcome and encouraged to attend this presentation.
